The Wortham boys and girls basketball teams began District 18-2A play last month. Both teams lost their first few league contests. Wortham teams visited Bremond on Tuesday. The Bulldogs (5-12, 0-3 in 18-2A) and Lady Bulldogs (0-16, 0-5 in 18-2) host Dawson on Friday and Axtell on Tuesday. Tip offs for each night are 6:15 for the girls teams and 7:30 for the boys.
