Second-half surge pushes Fairfield to 5-1

After battling through two sluggish quarters, the Fairfield Eagles outscored Madisonville 24-7 in the second half to secure a 31-15 victory. The Eagles are now 2-0 in district play, and are 5-1 on the season.
