Lady Eagles defeat B’boro, go to 3-0 in district play

On New Year’s Eve, the Lady Eagles hosted the Brownsboro Bearettes and came out with a 64-40 victory. Fairfield improved to 22-1 on the season and has a district record of 3-0. Fairfield jumped out on Brownsboro 10-0 in the first quarter. The Lady Eagles went on to score 10 more points throughout the quarter and the Bearettes scored 6 to make it a 20-6 game after the first quarter of play…
