WORTHAM - A 23-6 halftime deficit was a little too much for the Wortham football team to overcome last Friday in a 23-22 loss to Hico at Bulldog Stadium in Wortham. After falling behind 6-0, the visiting Tigers put together a string of 23 unanswered points to build a 23-6 lead that would stand at halftime and not be relinquished.
