Eagles athletics swoop down to Class 3A

The Fairfield High School athletic teams will be playing in a new classification, according to cutoff numbers given by the University Interscholastic League (UIL). The Eagle and Lady Eagle teams will move to Class 3A, based on the UIL numbers and school enrollment. Fairfield’s enrollment number is 504. The range for Class 3A teams is 230-514.
