Anthony Fortoul and James Johnson each had double-doubles as the Wortham boys basketball team picked up a 45-42 victory at Mart last Friday.
The win was the Bulldogs’ first in District 18-2A play this season. Wortham (6-17, 1-6 in 18-2A) also snapped a seven- game losing streak with the win.
Fortoul (21 points, 14 rebounds) and Johnson (13 points, 20 rebounds) led the way for the Bulldogs.
