In a battle for first place in District 14-2A, state-ranked Bremond swept Wortham in a volleyball match at Wortham on Friday. Bremond won the first two sets by 25-10 scores and finished off the victory with a 25-15 win in round three. The loss dropped Wortham to 4-1 in district.
