Pamela “Pam” Kay Kear, 61, of Cleveland, passed away on Feb. 7, 2024, in Liberty. She was born on Dec. 27, 1962, in Durant, Oklahoma, to the late Bobby Jack and Theresa Louis Patton Fowler.

She obtained her associate degree in accounting from Cedar Valley Collage, in Dallas.

Pam pursued many interests, some of which included crocheting, and reading.

She found that her greatest joy in life came from spending time with her precious family and grandchildren.

Pam loved them immensely and never missed an opportunity to be with them.

She was very kind and loving. She was often looking for ways to help others.

Pam was preceded in death by her parents; her one grandson; her maternal grandmother Louise Wagoner; maternal grandfather William Patton; her paternal grandparents Oma and Mutt Fowler; her uncle Robert Everette Patton; her nephews Lucas Hardmon and Michael Buchanan.

She leaves behind to cherish her loving memory her children Crystal Snoe and husband Jimmy of Willis, K ear Jason Mangum and wife Erica of Conroe, and Scotty Mangum of Houston; her grandchildren Cheyenne Mangum and husband Hunter of Riverside, Jacob Snoe and wife Brianna of Willis, Justice Snoe of Willis, Austin Mangum of Riverside, Alexandria Snoe of Willis, James Mangum of Conroe; her great-grandson Jamison Snoe of Willis; her siblings Loretta Figeac and husband Gus of Dayton, Johnny Fowler of Houston, Larry Hardmon and wife Veronica of Fairfield, Randall Fowler of Fairfield, Janey Rowe and husband Charlie of Titusville, Pennsylvania, Sue Starkey and husband Jim of Rockspring Wyoming, Leicia Clinton and husband Mark of Calera, Oklahoma; her nephew Josh Hardmon of Fairfield; her other numerous nieces and nephews; her beloved fur baby Sadie; along with a host of other loving relatives and friends.

It was Pam’s wish to be remembered as the loving, kind person that she was.

A memorial service on her honor will be held at a later date in Fairfield.
