Parade kicks off fair; action continues throughout the week

The Freestone County Fair celebrated being “Back in the Saddle Again” Monday night with a parade through downtown Fairfield and will continue through Saturday with livestock shows, a midway carnival, rodeos, and a youth livestock sale.
