GrantWorks, a Texas grant-management firm which the Freestone County Commissioners Court recently employed to manage its funds from the American Rescue Act, is significantly reducing the cost for its service.
County Judge Linda Grant told commissioners Wednesday, April 20, at the regularly scheduled meeting, the county’s cost was dropped from $189,000 to $115,000.
