A group of Fairfield Hospital District residents are making the rounds, carrying a petition and asking for signatures, seeking a rollback election in protest of the hospital district’s newly adopted tax rate, which increased from $0.116 cents per $100 valuation to $0.215 cents per $100 valuation.
