A Dallas man is dead after a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 45 early Saturday morning.
Joseph Hernandez, 21, was pronounced dead at the scene after his pickup truck crashed into a truck tractor-semitrailer. The investigation is active and ongoing, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
