April follows wet pattern in county

The month of April followed suit with January, February and March in Freestone County, with above normal rainfall for each of the first four months of the year. There were ten days of measurable rainfall in April, for a total of 6.06 inches. The greatest one-day total for rain was 1.99 inches on April 12.
