Lady Eagles win region title, 5 advance to state

For the third time in four years, the Fairfield Lady Eagles won the Region III-3A Powerlifting Meeting on Saturday, March 2, at Commerce High School. Eleven girls qualified and ten of them competed for Fairfield.Out of 20 schools, Fairfield won first place overall with 37 points. Winnsboro came in second place with 29 points.
