On a stretch of land at the end of a back road off another back road just outside of Fairfield, Cullen Pickett and his wife, Mandy, are raising bucking bulls and horses that are of championship caliber. In 2018, their bareback bucking horse, Top Notch, was chosen as the best horse at the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas, Nev. Last year, they earned their first world championship. Top Flight…
