Commish establishes advisory board for joint dispatch

Freestone County Commissioners Court took the final steps to establish an advisory board to oversee the Freestone County Joint Communications Center. The court took these steps at its Monday, Nov. 6 meeting, when the commissioners also approved a contract with the Southern Oaks Volunteer Fire Department and accepted a donation from the Teague Rodeo Association.
