Balloon-release memorial to be held for fallen Fairfield student

Round Prairie Baptist Church will present a balloon release at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, at Fairfield High School’s Eagle Stadium in celebration of the life of a FHS senior who died in a car wreck last week.
