Jon Alton Ince

Jon Alton Ince passed away on Sept. 26, 2019 at Scott, White, Hillcrest in Waco.

He was born December 10, 1935 to parents Flora Garrett Ince and Joseph Alton Ince in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Mr. Ince served in the military (Army) and was a veteran.

He retired from HL&P, Flour Global, Brown and Root, Southern Corp., and still worked until 81 years old in Millwright supervision.

He loved his gardening and flowers, woodworking, and special companion Trouble.

He is survived by wife Judy, daughter Jeannie Lynn Akin, four grandchildren, six great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by parents, two sons, a brother and a sister.

Memorial Service for Mr. Ince will be on Oct. 26 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. in his backyard, where he loved his flowers and garden.
