GLADYS MARIE MYERS

Gladys Marie Myers of Streetman passed away at Providence Hospital in Waco on Sunday, Feb. 14, 2021.

She was 86 years old. Gladys was born in Winston County, MS Aug. 28, 1934 to Russell Alexander and Aria Adcock Alexander.

Gladys was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Clinton L. Myers.

She was received into Jesus’ arms and reunited with her husband on Valentine’s Day.

Gladys was a member of the Eastern Star, Bluebell Chapter #856 Houston.

She and Clinton retired to Streetman 23 years ago.

She is survived by her children Dwight L. Myers and wife Jeannine, Tim L. Myers and wife Susan and Teresa M. Addison.

Grandchildren; Jeanette Martin and husband Justin, Sara Vargas and husband Carlos, Dwayne Myers and wife Ashley, Cody Myers and wife LeeAnne and Lauren Addison. Great grandchildren; Braxton, Preslee and Payton Martin, Ellis, Faryn, Kylie Rose, Lacey Cate and Cannon Myers.

Funeral services took place Sunday, Feb. 21, at Griffin - Roughton Chapel in Fairfield. Burial followed at Birdston Cemetery with pallbearers being Justin Martin, Payton Martin, Carlos Vargas, Dwayne Myers, Cody Myers and Jim Riley.
