Evelyn Armstrong, 87 of Fairfield, passed away Sunday, Nov. 15, 2020 in Fairfield. She was born July 16, 1933 in Malakoff to Ellis and Myrtie Tapley.
She loved to spend time with her family. She loved to grow plants and making things by hand.
