Texans will be voting on 10 new constitutional amendments Nov. 5.
The big issues include whether to pass a state income tax, rules for municipal judges and the retirement of police dogs and horses. The League of Women Voters of Texas (LWVTX) researches each amendment and provides fair and unbiased information to help voters understand the amendments.
