Freestone County, as well as other towns and counties across the nation, and seniors in particular, are being deluged with robocalls, according to the Federal Communication Commission (FCC).
A robocall is a recorded message, as opposed to a live person, that attempts to sell a service or product. The FCC has identified many to be scams that can be harmful to one’s source of money and credit.
