A celebration for nine-year-old Lexie Neptune was held on Saturday, Oct. 3 at the Freestone County Courthouse in Fairfield, as she has now been in remission for one full year. The Fairfield Police Department, Fairfield EMS, and Fairfield VFD were on the courthouse square as well to celebrate Lexie. KNES 99.1 FM set up a booth and recognized Lexie as well.
