Over 75 family, friends, and community members gathered at the Veterans Remembrance Park of Teague Saturday morning to see Oscar Carl Alexander receive the Ambassador of Peace Medal for serving in the Korean War. The ceremony, held at 10 a.m., saw Alexander’s granddaughter Misty Michelle Werth present him with the medal. Werth is a Tech Sergeant in the Air Force. She graduated from Teague High…
