Just two weeks ago, Richland Chambers Lake was almost four foot low, and there were no signs of any major relief from the moderate drought conditions the Lake Area was in.
Well, that’s behind us now, as six-inch and threeinch rain events in two consecutive weeks has the lake level full once again. There were actually eight spillway gates open when we left the Lake on Saturday…
