A member of the 2017 Fairfield High School graduating class, Mikaela Jean Stamper is embracing the Cowboy spirit as a senior at Oklahoma State University. Miss Stamper, daughter of Mike and Kelli Stamper and Jay and Michelle Welch, is expected to graduate in May 2021 with a double degree in management and marketing from the Spears School of Business, as well as a professional sales certificate. …
