Two Wortham juniors took legislative savvy and Bulldog spirit to Austin in January, taking part in the annual UIL State Congressional Debate contest. Ben Havens placed third in the competition, with Samantha Lee also speaking in the State Capitol chambers during the Jan. 13-15 event.
