Premier Realty and Prestige Insurance opened their office in Fairfield on Monday, June 1, at 350 US 84 Ste. D.
Premier Realty’s home office is in Corsicana, but Rachel Conaway is now located in Fairfield to better serve the area. She has been a real estate agent since 2016.
Conaway is licensed to sell homes and land anywhere in the state of Texas. She services Freestone County, Leon County, Limestone County, Navarro County, McLennan County, and the surrounding counties as well.

Before becoming an agent, Conaway owned two oil field construction companies as well as a cleaning company.
Rachel is married to Rob and they have two children - Cash is seven years old and Kinder Rae is two years old.
Prestige Insurance is managed by Stacey Bell, who has been an insurance agent for the past 15 years.
The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Appointments may be made for the evenings and weekends as well.
Prestige Insurance offers auto, home, life, and business insurance. Bell promises to evaluate and to get her clients the best coverage possible.
