Best of the blues come to Wortham for annual festival

With all due respect to Tupac Shakur and California, Wortham, Texas knows how to party. Seriously. The 19th Annual Wortham Blues Festival lit up the downtown area Saturday with four bands pounding out their unique takes on blues and funk music.
