County buisnesses, state take on wave of new virus cases
Several new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Freestone County this past week, a microcosm of the virus’ wave across the state of Texas.
According to data from the Texas Department of State Health Services, Freestone is currently at 16 active cases of the virus, an increase of five from last week’s number.
