PANSY MARIE CRAVEY

Pansy Marie Cravey, 89, of Fairfield, passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2020 in Waco.

Visitation will be July 3 from 12 p..m. until 2 p.m. at Capps Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will begin wt 2 p.m. following the visitation with Pastor Jeffrey A. Stachmus, First Baptist Church of Fairfield, officiating. Interment will follow at Lake Chapel Cemetery.

Mrs. Cravey was born Jan. 19, 1931 in Bernice, LA to parents Riley and Margaret Hawkins Williams. She relocated to Fairfield in 1997 from Sweeney, TX. She was a retired custodian in the Sweeny ISD.

She attended First Baptist Church - Fairfield. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband R. D. Cravey and a son, Ronald Edward Hazelton.

Left to cherish her memory are three children, Brenda Polek of Palestine; Marsha Speed of Fairfield; Durwin Lee Hazelton and wife Carrie of Jewett, TX; one sister, Billie D. Thomas of Palm Harbor, FL; nine grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
